Quality docket books, customised to suit your business
It is always exciting to see a tradesman/women move up to his first customized invoice book. I've heard more than one say "Now I've made it." It is a form of advertising and if it's customised, it should reflect your business. We don't do templates. They get in the way and slow us down!
We like adding that special touch, and not just your logo. A Thank you! or terms/conditions - sometimes on the back of the first sheet or a drawing/photo of your equipment.
• We print in any colour - and yes, sometimes in two colours!
(numbering is always in red)
• We carry a full range of colour paper: White, Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow
for top sheet, bottom sheet and in-between sheet(s).
• We carry a full range of crocodile board: Red, Blue, Green.
• We generally place a card in each book, but sometimes do card wrap arounds
• We make a "notepads" of carbonless books glued at one end.
• We use a heavy card (tag board) as the second sheet - this is also good for single 2 sheet carbonless worksheets/invoices,
I've been told I should offer only one standard colour / one standard croc board options - but that's so boring! It should be fun. And legal. And represent YOUR business, not mine.
So we may not be the cheapest, but we are the most flexible and produce quality quote, purchase order, lay-by, invoice, sales order ... carbonless docket books.
Digital Carbonless paper
A few invoice books cost a lot, and the more you get, the price drops dramatically. This is because of the setup on the off-set press.
IDEM papers (the finest carbonless paper) has released heavier weight digital carbonless paper. Perfect for those who only 3 or 4 books - not 10 or 20.
