Brochure's Purpose:
- Brand Recognition
- reflecting the style, colours and tone of the business
- Show just enough to tweek a potential client's interest,
causing them to:
- Run to the phone with more questions
- Run to your web site to find all the answers
- SHOW by pictures and charts/graphs, and back the photos up with text
- Generally, the final sale is not complete by the brochure itself.
This (right) is what a reader expects to see on a brochure. The top front sticks up from a display and determines whether your brochure is picked up.
If you are designing your brochure or are preparing a file for us to design - these are the things you need to think about.

The DL Brochure - 99 x 210mm
We are often asked which is more appropriate - a full size brochure or a small DL on card stock. The DL is less expensive and may cover exactly what you need to say - and can be just as beautifully presented.

or
just a DL

One other word of caution regarding Brochures:
Nobody knows what is going to be the next trend ... and nobody can guarantee a brochure will be successful. Start with a small run so that changes and updates can be added. And I recommend not to put prices in the brochure itself - but there are always exceptions. |
